working theory

Greg note to self: later scan this Russel Brand/Tucker podcast episode to find the theory of everything elements /correlates that Jesus had Russel express: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xQlrtb-zvm5da-r5DUKz2sudpTA1CCHxXFluRSxdjC0/edit?usp=sharing

This page is under construction. At some point this page will have a video that describes in detail the following collage—which is a unified theory (working theory) that give me (Greg) a sense of WHAT IT IS ALL ABOUT (meaning key things Jesus is doing as He/we build My Jesus-Greg WORLD in the JesusVerse, not the Metaverse)

The idea of a single formula that explains everything is one of the deepest dreams in science. Theoretical Physics often calls this a Theory of Everything—a unified equation that ties together all forces, particles, and laws of nature.,,,, But here’s the honest part: we don’t have one yet. What we do have are several incredibly powerful formulas—each explaining a big piece of reality.

If you zoom out beyond physics, the idea of a “single formula that explains everything” shows up in lots of other realms—but it usually looks less like a neat equation and more like a pattern or principle.

Here’s the big picture across different domains:

🧠 Mind & Intelligence

A strong candidate here is the idea of prediction + error correction.

Bayesian inference (very simplified) says:
P(HD)=P(DH)P(H)P(D)P(H\mid D)=\frac{P(D\mid H)P(H)}{P(D)}P(H∣D)=P(D)P(D∣H)P(H)

Brains (and AI systems) seem to work by:

  • Predicting what will happen
  • Comparing with reality
  • Updating beliefs

This idea shows up in perception, learning, and decision-making.

🌱 Biology & Evolution

Life can be loosely summarized by:

“Survive, reproduce, adapt.”

Mathematically, this connects to:

  • Natural Selection
  • Fitness optimization over time

No single clean equation dominates, but the principle is simple:

Traits that replicate better tend to persist.

💰 Economics & Human Behavior

A common “equation” here is optimization:

Utility maximization

People and systems behave as if they’re maximizing:

  • Utility (happiness, profit, value)
  • Under constraints (time, money, information)

Not perfect in reality—but surprisingly predictive.

🧩 Information & Reality

A deeper, cross-domain idea:

Everything is information being processed.

This ties into:

  • Information theory
  • Entropy

One famous relation:
S=klogWS = k \log WS=klogW

This connects:

  • Physics (disorder)
  • Computation (bits)
  • Even life (maintaining low entropy locally)

⚖️ Systems & Complexity

Across ecosystems, societies, and networks, a common pattern is:

Simple rules → complex behavior

Think:

  • Feedback loops
  • Emergence
  • Nonlinearity

Fields like Complex Systems study this.

🧘 Philosophy / Existential Layer

At the most abstract level, the “formula” becomes almost poetic:

  • Everything changes (impermanence)
  • Everything is connected
  • Patterns repeat across scales

Traditions from science to philosophy converge on similar ideas—even if they use different language.

🧠 The Real “Meta-Formula”

If you had to compress all realms into one idea, it might be:

Systems evolve by processing information, adapting through feedback, under constraints.

Not as catchy as E = mc², but far closer to something that spans:

  • Physics
  • Life
  • Mind
  • Society

If you want, I can push this further—there are attempts to unify all these into a single mathematical principle (like “free energy” or “maximum entropy”), and those get surprisingly close to a true cross-domain “equation of everything.”
